Reverse Trade Show
The NWT Chamber will be hosting an in-person Reverse Trade Show on Friday, January 15th from 10:00am – 3:00pm at The Explorer Hotel.
A reverse trade show provides suppliers, consultants and contractors with the opportunity to meet with procurement professionals from numerous government and private agencies at one time.
The room will be set up with a max of 20 tables throughout KAT ABC so that 6 feet distancing can be applied. We will ask that each participant have only 2 individuals at a time at their booths/table. Each business rep will be given an appointment time and will switch tables every 15 minutes so that at any given time there is a max of 3 people per booth/table and only 60 people in the room at a given time. The Explorer has CPHO approved capacity of 100. We will be providing each booth/table with hand sanitizer and wipes so that your station can be sanitized as you require. Finally, we will be asking everyone in the room to wear a mask.

COVID Precautions:
All tables will be spaced 6 feet apart with only 2 individuals from each company/department allowed at anytime at each designated table
Participants (1/business) will be given an appointment time and will rotate every 15 minutes so that at any given time there will only be 3 people max at a table.
Each individual will be required to answer monitoring questions, if they answer yes to one, they will not be permitted entrance
Each individual will be required to sign in/out each time the enter/exit the room
Masks will be requested but not mandatory
Tables will be provided with wipes and hand sanitizer to use at their discretion
